1. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT 

When you access our Website, we may collect personal information from you (e.g. your name, your age, your address, your gender, your sexual orientation, your email address, your financial details, your telephone number, your employment details etc). We will collect such information only if you have provided it to us, for example when you register to become a registered user or a member or book a place for an Event through the Website. If you provide us with the name, email address and gender of a Guest (as defined in the Terms of Service), please ensure that you must have their permission to do so. Your Guests may contact us at hello@pinkrabbitsupperclub.com to request that we remove his or her information from our database. 

We may use the information you give us in the following ways: 

to process your application to be a registered user or a member or applications for tickets to any PRSC events (‘Events’) or for other services to which you subscribe or join; 

to provide our service(s) to you as a member, registered user or other user of our Website; 

to contact you with follow up emails after an Event; 

to contact Guests if you provide us with their details; 

to participate in surveys that we use for research purposes; 

to ensure that content from our Website is presented in the most effective manner for you and your computer; 

to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us; 

to allow you to participate in interactive features of our service when you choose to do so; 

to keep you up to date with PRSC’s news and events; 

for marketing our other products and services and third party products and services to you unless you have witheld your consent for us to do so (for example by checking the relevant box(es) or if you subsequently notify us by post or email that you no longer wish to receive such messages (see also section 4 below);

any information which you post on your profile (“Member Content”), including your name, age, picture, etc, will be free to be viewed by other members of the Website. You post your Member Content on our website at your own risk. Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We cannot control the actions of other Users or Members with whom you may choose to share your information. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that the Member Content you post on our website will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. We are not responsible for circumventions of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the website. You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of Member Content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other Users or Members have copied or stored your Member Content; 

we may keep details of all transactions you perform through our Website (including event ticket purchases) and of the fulfilment of your purchases; and

We do not disclose identifiable information about individuals to our advertisers or sponsors but we may provide them with aggregate information about our users (for example we may inform them that 500 men and 350 women aged under 40 have clicked on their link or advertisement in our website). We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target (for example, women in Los Angeles). We may make use of the personal data we have collected from you to enable us to comply with our advertisers’ and sponsors’ wishes by displaying their advertisement to that target audience.

4. YOUR RIGHTS – MARKETING 

You have the right to ask us not to use your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we plan to use your data for such purposes or if we plan to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. 

You will only receive communications from us if you have consented to this by checking the relevant box(s) on the Website or in any communications with us. Please note that E-Bulletins/Updates may contain marketing material. If you do not wish to receive such communications, please login to the Website with your username and password, go to Manage Account and amend your preferences.

5. IP ADDRESSES AND COOKIES

We only use cookies to keep track of the pages you and other visitors have been to on our Website and to tell us whether you have visited the Website previously in order to deliver a better and more personalized service.

Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the provision of our service(s) to you, the processing of your payment details (for example membership fees or Event fees) and the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to such transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our website; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we use strict procedures and security features to try and prevent unauthorized access. Agents or contractors who in the course of providing services to PRSC have access to information which you give to us are required to keep that information secure and confidential and are not permitted to use it for any purpose other than to carry out the services which they are performing for PRSC. 

7. INFORMATION ACCESS 

You have a right to access information held about you and you can do this by emailing hello@pinkrabbitsupperclub.com. Any access request may be subject to a fee of $20.00 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you. We will endeavor to send you the information (as held by us) within 30 days. You can also request us to correct any factual inaccuracies in that information or delete any of that information from our records. 

You can access and delete or amend some information on your profile yourself via the members area on the website.
